TOPSHOP Spring/Summer 2011 Show

Prints were the main story here - expressed on light-as-air diaphanous skirts that trailed behind their model. It was a surprising autumnal colour palette, combining orange and crimson, ochre and yellow and later black. Flared and billowy trousers were jewelled, as were bikini tops and denim shredded jackets 
Trumpet sleeves and maxi lengths, again the hair, and the sequin dotted pieces pointed at a Seventies influence too. Everything was customised or graffiti-ed to some degree - be it fringed or punctuated.
